Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Associate Franchise Account Manager to support regional expansion through third-party partners, ensuring brand presence remains globally consistent yet locally relevant.

This role is based at the Global Home Office in Columbus, OH, and involves coordinating with internal teams and Territory Partners. You will help drive process improvements, review performance metrics and forecasts, and collaborate with finance and regional teams to grow the franchise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience required.
• 2+ years in corporate retail, franchise experience a plus.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in coordinating all Franchise partner relationships.
• Regularly review performance metrics and revenue forecasts with Franchisees and regional teams.
• Address Franchise partner concerns promptly and collaboratively with the Account Manager.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements to enable sustainable growth across the channel.

Job Description:Our Associate Franchise Account Manager provides the foundation to regional expansion through 3rd party partners and ensures our Brand presence is Globally consistent, but locally relevant across the world. This role will focus on supporting our Account Manager in the daily operations of overseeing and managing a Territory Partner. This person will also assist in driving process evolution to ensure sustainable growth potential in this channel and establishing consistency through training and tools.Our team focuses on building relationships across key internal functional teams, regional offices and 3rd party partners to align on priorities and growth strategies. We work to provide the framework for our partners to be successful in representing our Brands within their Territory. Our goal is proper Brand representation that reaches each partner’s unique customer and drives growth across all brands/genders.This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.What Will You Be Doing?Support the Account Manager in leading the coordination of all aspects of the Franchise partner(s) relationship.Regularly review performance metrics and revenue forecast within channel in collaboration with Franchisee(s), finance and regional teamProblem solve with the Account Manager to address Franchise partner concerns promptly and work collaboratively to find solutionsAssist in managing complex strategies across multiple internal and external teams. Building trust with internal and external partners will be key.Demonstrate a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset when partnering cross- functionally and engaging with the franchiseeDrive process evolution as need is identified to ensure sustainable growth across total channel.What Do You Need To Bring?Bachelor’s Degree or related experience2+ years prior experience working in corporate retail, with franchise experience being a plusUnderstanding of retail product development timeline/calendarExperience working well in a cross-functional team environment as well as with external partnershipsStrong communication skills, including comfort in presentingMotivated by business profitability and prospect of business growthOrganizational skills & ability to manage many simultaneous workstreamsCuriosity & eagerness to creatively solve problemsProficient in Microsoft Office programs – esp.
