Guardian Storage is seeking an Associate Flex Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in multiple locations including Robinson and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will manage customer sales, ensure facility performance, and maintain property condition while collaborating with maintenance personnel.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of sales or management experience, 1 year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the facility
• Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy
• Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products
• Handle customer sales, inquires and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement
• Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Expert problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the area
