Guardian Storage LLC in Colorado is seeking an Associate Flex Manager to lead day-to-day facility operations and drive revenue and occupancy across multiple locations within the assigned area.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales or management, at least 1 year in customer service, a High School diploma, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of sales or management experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Expert problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within multiple locations in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the facility.
• Assist in growth and occupancy to maximize revenue.
• Develop knowledge of the self-storage industry and company products.
• Handle customer sales, inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Market the store through referrals, local businesses and community involvement.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property with Maintenance Personnel.
