Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC invites an Associate level candidate to join the US Global Markets Fixed Income Trade Control team in New York. The hybrid office role focuses on trade support for US Treasuries, Agencies, and repo, including pre/post-auction reconciliation and system-driven processes.

Responsibilities cover execution of primary dealer trade support, TAAP order management, and cross-functional collaboration with front office, operations, and technology to enhance efficiency and control.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of trade support or middle office experience.
• Strong product knowledge across US Treasuries, Agencies, and Repo.
• Detail-oriented fixed income operations professional with cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate Primary Dealer Trade Support activities for US Fixed Income trading.
• Perform pre-auction inventory reconciliation for US Treasuries and Agencies.
• Own day-to-day US Treasury and Agency auction support including order preparation, submission, and post-auction reconciliation.
• Update and maintain firm and client auction orders in TAAP system ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Develop and refine auction order templates to streamline entry and reduce risk.
• Manage trade capture, allocation, and settlement processes.
• Identify and resolve trade exceptions and reconciliation breaks across internal/external systems.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for front office, operations, technology, and external market utilities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives; document requirements and implement enhancements.
• Prepare and distribute operational and management reports; participate in system enhancements and regulatory change.
• Support client account onboarding and maintenance; investigate regulatory and operational issues.
