Job summary

Thrivent Tailored Financial Solutions is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to support our financial advisors and clients, handling sensitive communications, opening product applications, and gathering financial information. You will counsel prospective and current members on suitable financial products, assist meetings, and collaborate on marketing activities while building trusted relationships.

A strong customer service orientation, integrity, and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred.
• Ability to obtain securities licenses and registrations as specified.
• Familiarity with financial products and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive communications with members/customers and respond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Counsel and advise prospective and current members/customers on suitable financial products and advisory services.
• Open and complete product applications.
• Obtain member/customer financial and/or suitability information.
• Assist financial representatives in meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Conduct research and information gathering for recommendations and investment advice; collaborate with representatives on product changes.
• Participate in and drive marketing services including direct-mail, fraternal activities, seminars, meetings.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned per licensure and business needs.
