Job summary

Strategic People Advisors is partnering with a premier wealth management team managed by OneAmerica Financial®. We seek an Associate Financial Advisor to integrate with active client cases, contributing to strategy design and joint planning with a Senior Partner.

You will be trained through a dedicated program and licensing sponsorship, with a clear path to Lead Advisor. The role features a hybrid work model and a competitive, bonus-driven compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• Strong coachability and collaborative mindset.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing financial models.
• Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.
• Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards.
• Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.
