Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, equivalent professional experience, or background in financial services, sales, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or similar roles.
• Self-motivation and goal-driven performance in a results-oriented environment.
• Clear, confident communication; ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months; licensing is sponsored.
• Familiarity with financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning by analyzing scenarios and aligning investments to client goals.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, costs, and proposing adjustments with advisor guidance.
• Partner with the advisor and practice team to deliver ongoing financial planning and client reviews.
• Contribute to growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
