Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor in New Jersey to join our advisory team.

You will work with lead advisors to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to a growing client base, playing an active role in client relationships, portfolio analysis, and financial plan development, while progressing toward full advisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Goal driven, growth mindset a must.
• Active Series 7, 65 or 66, NJ Life and Health license at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 1+ years in financial planning or asset management.
• Proficiency with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and fiduciary commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management services.
• Maintain client relationships and lead client review meetings.
• Develop financial plans covering retirement, investments, taxes, insurance, and estate planning.
• Analyze portfolios and recommend investments aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Document client interactions and maintain CRM and portfolio records.
• Coordinate with clients' accountants and lawyers for integrated advice.
