You’ll help sourcing new clients, build relationships, and contribute to the practice’s growth. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, sales or relationship management skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Clear, confident communication to guide client conversations.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within 3 months; licensing is sponsored by Edward Jones.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by guiding discovery conversations and gathering financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis and scenario modeling.
• Guide portfolio strategy and proposals while aligning with client goals and firm guidance.
• Collaborate with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews.
• Support outreach and referrals to grow the practice and client base.
