Job summary

Edward Jones is hiring an Associate Financial Advisor. You will partner with financial advisors and client support teammates to deliver personalized financial strategies and exceptional client service. You’ll help source new clients, nurture relationships, and contribute to the practice's growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Sales experience in financial services or related field.
Self-motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Clear, confident communication and client conversation skills.
Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66 and state licenses within 3 months (sponsored).
Familiarity with financial planning tools and digital engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and developing personalized financial plans.
Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis, scenarios, and investment alignment.
Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, costs, and proposals.
Collaborate with advisors and team to deliver ongoing planning and reviews.
Support outreach and referrals to grow the practice and client base.
