A growing wealth management practice in DuPage County is seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their advisory career who is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial clarity and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a book of business by cultivating client relationships and providing personalized financial guidance
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, investment, insurance, and tax strategies
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs and present tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory updates, and financial planning strategies
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required, or the ability to obtain within a specified time frame
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-driven with a client-first mindset
• Prior experience in financial services or sales is a plus
