Title: Associate Financial Adviser
Compensation: $60K–$80K base + benefits + profit sharing + career growth

What You’ll Do
- You’ll be a key support to Senior and Lead Advisers, helping manage and grow client relationships by:
- Preparing financial plans, investment reports, and meeting materials
- Supporting client meetings through documentation, note-taking, and follow-ups
- Managing service workflows: new accounts, money movements, client requests
- Learning and using tools like eMoney, Holistiplan, Orion, Nitrogen, and CRM systems
- Communicating with clients (email/phone) to clarify goals and support ongoing planning
- Participating in client review meetings, eventually leading portions independently
You bring a mix of technical competence, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative spirit.
The ideal candidate will have:
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar
- Progress toward CFP (or recently certified)
- Strong attention to detail (this is crucial in our work)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, dependable, and eager to learn from senior advisers
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and follow through without being prompted
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with platforms like Schwab, Fidelity, Redtail, Salesforce, Orion, or eMoney
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (MoneyGuide, Holistiplan, Nitrogen)
- Exposure to real-world financial life events (e.g., education planning, retirement, marriage)
- Understanding of compliance procedures and account documentation
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years of experience in client service or support role within wealth management or financial planning, investment advisory, or related professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field
- On the path to CFP certification (or newly certified)
- Exposure to the client planning process, ideally including prep and follow-up for advisor meetings
- Experience working with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) or financial platforms
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce) and workflow systems
- Completion or progress (desire ok too) toward industry certifications (e.g., CFP, Series 65, or paraplanner certification)
- Some experience in personal life events such as planning for a child’s education, marriage, etc.
- Detail-oriented and emotionally intelligent communicator
- Collaborative, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Passionate about helping people plan and live their best financial lives
