The role requires solid accounting knowledge and SAP FI/CO proficiency, with 3+ years of industry experience and collaboration across operations.

You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of key financial analyses, while ensuring timely and accurate financial statements for SEC-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
• SAP FI/CO experience proficient level required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with strong accounting knowledge.
• Project management and cost-savings experience preferred.
• Field operations collaboration with problem-solving mindset requested.

Responsibilities

• Run SAP closing cycles and monthly close processes.
• Coordinate and communicate monthly financial closing schedule.
• Maintain SAP structure including cost center and cost element maintenance.
• Post monthly journal entries and perform ad-hoc analyses.
• Reconcile COPA and General Ledger for accurate reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Prepare monthly headcount analysis and quarterly data submissions.
• Close and maintain cost centers, GLs, and internal orders in SAP.
