Job summary

Schindler Group in Morristown, NJ seeks an Associate Finance Manager to run SAP closing cycles and coordinate the monthly close. You will maintain SAP structures including cost centers and cost elements, post journal entries, and perform monthly analyses to support accurate financial reporting.

You will assist in budgeting, develop planning files, and prepare dashboards for SEC leadership. 3+ years of accounting experience and SAP FI/CO proficiency are required; base salary ranges from $113,400

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Major: Business, Finance, or Accounting
• SAP FI/CO Experience – Proficient
• 3+ years of Industry experience with strong accounting knowledge
• Project Management, strategy development and cost savings experience
• Field Operations collaboration experience along with a problem solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Run the Cost centers to COPA assessments cycles in SAP for monthly financial results
• Run Taxes and Benefits distribution cycles in SAP for accruals
• Run Cost centers to Cost center allocation cycles in SAP to distribute HQ costs
• Schedule, coordinate and communicate the monthly Financial Closing schedule
• Reconcile COPA & General Ledger to ensure accurate Group Management Results
• Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting; create Budget shells and cycles
• Prepare the 5th Workday Dashboard for SEC leadership
• Post financial closing entries and adjust accruals
• Monthly Ad-hoc analysis
• Prepare monthly Headcount analysis and quarterly ICC/WIP reports
• Maintain Taxes and Benefits distribution cycles and SAP configurations
• Create/maintain Cost center reports and SAP hierarchy
