Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Category Manager for System Management and Card Services to own the category strategy, drive procurement, and partner with SEC and suppliers to optimize costs and service levels.

You will lead SAP MM initiatives, maintain the ZPOC2 catalog, monitor market trends, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and compliance. A finance/economics or data-focused degree plus SAP/ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• MS Office tools proficiency and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Data analysis across spreadsheets, databases and ERP systems.
• Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and configuration familiarity.
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Finance/CPA/CMA related education or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SEC, vendors and stakeholders to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Manage the Schindler ZPOC2 Catalog and SAP pricing according to negotiated values.
• Lead SAP Shape implementation for SEC/TOR in SAP MM and Purchasing.
• Provide impact summaries of supplier price changes and mitigation recommendations.
• Identify and improve under-performing supply chain areas and controls.
• Deliver value analytics for supply chain decision making.
• Manage projects with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
