Job summary

Schindler Group is seeking an Associate Finance Manager to manage SAP closing cycles, costing allocations and monthly financial reporting from Morristown, NJ. You will coordinate the monthly close, run COPA/GL reconciliations, and support budgeting and forecasting within SAP FI/CO.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• SAP FI/CO experience required.
• 3+ years of industry accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and run SAP closing cycles and schedules.
• Reconcile COPA & General Ledger for monthly close.
• Prepare budget shells and support files for planning and forecasting.
• Post closing entries and perform monthly ad-hoc analyses.
