As an independent music label and distribution arm, hello82 is rapidly expanding alongside the ever-growing community of K-pop fanbases. Some of our artists include: ATEEZ, P1Harmony, xikers, THE BOYZ, STAYC, and ONEUS.

About the role

Position: Associate, Experiences & Growth

Location: hello82 LA, HQ

Work Hours: M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across strategy and execution. You’ll support cross-functional projects tied to live experiences, partnerships, and growth initiatives, helping turn plans into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of live experiences and events
• Assist with operational timelines, trackers, and documentation
• Support ticketing, merch, and experience-related initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Prepare decks, summaries, and follow-ups for cross-functional projects
• Track deliverables and flag risks or dependencies early
• Support on-site execution during live events
• Assist with post-event reporting and recaps

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in events, operations, or growth-related roles
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in music, culture, and live experiences
• Based in or able to work regularly in Los Angeles

Nice to Have

• Experience working with live events, festivals, or experiential projects
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms, merch, or partnerships
• Experience in entertainment, media, or culture-driven companies

The pay range for this role is:

45,000 – 55,000 USD per year (HQ)
