The Cluster Associate helps the Event & Venue Management (EVM) team convert venue plans into operational reality across a cluster of Los Angeles venues in the years leading up to the Games. You will produce the presentations, briefing materials, status reports, and task lists that keep venue deliverables moving. When the Games are on, you will run the Venue Operations Center (VOC) as the operational hub of the cluster — a hands‑on role with wide exposure across venue and operations teams, and an accelerated view of how a modern Olympic and Paralympic Games is delivered.
The venues are where the Games happen, and the coordination this role sustains helps each venue open on schedule and operate reliably. Keeping the cluster organized and running the Venue Operations Center during the Games ensures athletes, fans, and teammates experience venues that simply work.
