Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in testing, validation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Technology degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing, validation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and data analysis tools; experience with test automation preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental and performance testing methods for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in environmental or dynamics testing related to Element is a plus.
• Must be able to operate hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute environmental test plans to assess product performance, durability, and reliability under thermal, vibration, humidity, and combined environmental conditions.
• Develop and integrate electrical circuits and instrumentation systems to support environmental testing and data acquisition.
• Automate test stands and control systems to improve testing efficiency, repeatability, and accuracy.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed test workbooks for technical reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine testing methods and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
• Set components within test fixtures in environmental simulation chambers in preparation for testing.
• Troubleshooting test setups.
