Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years semiconductor experience or equivalent lab work.
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and processes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced development/manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design of process flows for advanced packaging.
• Write process travelers translating designs into devices.
• Evaluate and document new product flows and processes for improvements.
• Monitor wafer yields and investigate yield-limiting issues.
• Maintain detailed wafer/lot processing records for traceability.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers and management.
• Interface with technicians, engineers, management, and customers.
• Adhere to EHS protocols and safety standards.
