Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) seeks an Associate Engineer to join the Integration Engineering team in Morrisville, NC. You will help design and optimize processes for advanced packaging, write travelers translating designs into devices, and monitor yields in a fast-paced fab environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering and 1+ year in semiconductor settings, with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support Integration Engineers in designing and optimizing process flows for advanced packaging applications.
• Write process travelers translating customer designs into functional devices
• Assist in evaluation, characterization, and documentation of new product flows and unit processes
• Monitor wafer yields across process steps; identify root causes and eliminate defects
• Maintain thorough wafer/lot processing records with traceability
• Create detailed and technical presentations for customers and management
• Serve as a cross-functional resource, interfacing with technicians, engineers, management, and customers
• Uphold a safe, clean, and compliant work environment following EHS and OHSA protocols
