Quantum Computing Inc. in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Associate Process Engineer to support process development in our fab. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on semiconductor manufacturing experience and collaboration with an experienced engineering team.

You will execute experiments, analyze data, and help optimize product flows while maintaining documentation and following safety procedures. This is a full‑time onsite position in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing concepts is required.
• Basic data analysis and statistical problem-solving skills are expected.
• Familiarity with quality methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Execute engineering experiments and analyze process performance data.
• Assist in evaluating new product flows, materials and unit processes.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of process development and wafer/lot tracking.
• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in engineering investigations.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and management to resolve challenges.
• Support day-to-day fab operations with safety and compliance.
