Job summary

Parity Inc. seeks an Associate Energy Engineer to support our Energy Engineering and Installation teams with incentive program management, utility data review, and field/technical support.

This role is ideal for someone recently out of school with a technical background and a drive to grow into a broader engineering role. The position follows a hybrid work model with a mix of remote work, office time, and on-site client visits.

Qualifications

• Technical/engineering education background is required or preferred.
• 0-3 years of post-graduation work experience suits an early-career candidate.
• Exposure to energy, HVAC, or building industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review utility data for accuracy and completeness.
• Update quotes reflecting rate changes and incentives.
• Prepare desk quotes and assist in installation support.
• Coordinate field surveys, site visits, and data sharing with teams.
• Support incentive submissions and project closeout.
