We Are Legal Revolution seeks an Employment Defense Associate for Miami, FL. The role offers a $150,000 base salary per year plus a performance-based bonus and a remote-friendly setup via a national platform.

You will defend employers in state and federal labor and employment litigation, draft pleadings, take depositions, and develop case strategy while coordinating with clients and partners to advance business goals. Mentoring and business development support accompany career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of employment defense experience.
• Experience representing employers.
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills.

• Wage-and-hour experience preferred.
