We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side employment litigator who can operate remotely while maintaining appearances in Atlanta for court proceedings, depositions, and meetings as needed. The role sits within the country’s largest plaintiff-side employment practice, offering substantial national exposure and a genuine partnership-track.

You will independently manage a 20–30 matter docket, draft briefs, conduct depositions, and lead settlement negotiations with executives

Competenze

• Active Georgia Bar admission is required.
• Minimum 5 years in employment litigation.
• Strong plaintiff-side experience or transferable litigation skills.
• Experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA and discrimination claims.
• Arbitration and settlement-negotiation experience desired.
• Ability to manage litigation independently.
• Stable employment history and solid commercial judgement.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta metro area.
