Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Recent graduates welcome.
• Hands-on experience through internships, co-ops, research, or academic projects.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Interest in spacecraft hardware and the space industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and integration of spacecraft electrical harnesses.
• Create and review electrical schematics and harness drawings.
• Work with wiring, cables, connectors, backshells, and other electrical components.
• Support electrical hardware testing and validation.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, block diagrams, and ICDs.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, power, RF, and other engineering teams.
