Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years designing electrical harnesses for high-reliability systems.
• Hands-on fabrication, integration, and test experience.
• Experience with harness design tools (OnShape, Altium).
• Strong grounding/EMI/EMC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop spacecraft electrical harnesses from requirements through fabrication and acceptance testing.
• Maintain harness design documentation (wire lists, schematics, connectors, routing diagrams).
• Lead harness integration activities and testing (continuity, hi-pot, functional).
• Collaborate with suppliers to specify and qualify components.
