Job summary

The Day Publishing Company seeks a content associate to support production and audience engagement across its weekly newspapers and digital platforms. You will manage reader-submitted content and assist with digital distribution of newsroom reporting.

You will also produce recurring community features and help support editorial workflow for specials and other publications, requiring strong editing, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field preferred.
• One year of newsroom reporting or editing experience, preferably at a community newspaper.

Responsibilities

• Supports content production and audience engagement across Shore Publishing's weekly newspapers and digital platforms.
• Manages reader-submitted content and assists with digital distribution of newsroom reporting.
