Job summary

Flatbush Development Corporation is seeking an Assistant Director to provide site-based leadership for youth programs in Brooklyn. Under the Program Director, you will support positive youth development, ensure licensing compliance, and manage program data and operations.

You will supervise staff, assist with hiring, coordinate with OCFS/DOH requirements, and engage families while maintaining high program quality and records. This full-time role runs 35 hours weekly, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience supervising youth programs and meeting licensing/funder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based leadership to support positive youth development.
