Job summary

Under supervision of the Program Director, you will ensure licensing compliance, maintain data, and manage logistics while supporting staff and participants in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of supervisory experience in youth programs.
• Must have at least two years' experience working with youth.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based leadership to support positive youth development and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and funder requirements; maintain program data and records.
• Create systems to manage program logistics and operations; prepare reports and timesheets.
• Recruit and register participants; meet enrollment targets.
• Attend required OCFS and DOH/SACC meetings and trainings.
• Support staff and participants; supervise program staff.
• Maintain logs and program databases; ensure data is up to date.
• Assist in hiring and supervision of all program staff.
• Maintain safety, health, and staff coverage.
