The role also involves guiding cross-functional teams on access-related tactics, navigating regulatory review processes, and proactively adjusting strategies based on market dynamics. High-value specifics include focus on RNA-targeted medicines, gene editing, neurology, cardiology, and late-stage clinical or post-market development. The position reports to the Director, US Value & Access, involves cross-functional collaboration, and is based in the US with potential travel.
Bachelor's degree in health sciences or business, with 12+ years of biopharma experience, including 3+ years in specialty, payer, or access marketing, and experience with product launches in the US, particularly in specialty drugs. Expertise in healthcare landscape, reimbursement, formulary decision-making, and policy analysis is essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, knowledge of hospital and health system operations, and experience with Pharmacy Benefit products.
