Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the volume and sales forecast process for Etenta in the Multiple Myeloma franchise. You will build forecasting models, define the cadence, and partner with Marketing, MABI, Market Access, and Commercial Finance to deliver accurate projections that inform senior management decisions.

The role emphasizes developing scalable forecasting capabilities and guiding a growing forecasting team in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in analytics, forecasting, and/or FP&A.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Math/Statistics, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Ability to translate insights into forecasts that drive business decisions.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; excellent communication.
• Experience leading and motivating a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end actual close process for Etenta, including variance commentary.
• Prepare, create, and review sales forecasting packages for the MM franchise.
• Present monthly results and future-period forecasts to senior leadership.
• Develop accurate product sales projections for Plan, Update, LBE, LRP, and Portfolio submissions.
• Build and own scalable forecast models for new indications and assets.
• Coordinate with MABI, Market Access, and Marketing to align forecast assumptions.
