Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance leadership across the US Oncology franchise to support financial objectives and internal controls for Elahere and Emrelis.
• Lead development, refinement, and governance of FP&A forecasting models aligned to business strategy and priorities.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights to support decision-making.
• Drive Plan, LBE, and LRP cycles in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams.
• Integrate actuals into forecasts and maintain revenue/expense projections across the portfolio.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting brand performance and business impact.
• Present forecasts, results, and key insights to leadership in a clear manner.
• Partner across functions to address business challenges with data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct monthly budget reviews with partners to evaluate performance and variances.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
• Coach and develop one direct report to support high performance.
