Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director to lead the volume and sales forecast analytics for the Etenta Multiple Myeloma franchise. This role scales forecasting across new indications and assets, partnering with Marketing, MABI, Market Access, and Commercial Finance to inform strategic decisions.

The position drives month-end close variance analysis, forecasting packages, and presentation of results to senior leaders. It requires advanced analytics, leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, forecasting, or FP&A roles.
• Ability to translate insights into forecasts that drive decisions.
• Experience with market research and financial impact assessment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end actual close and variance analysis for Etenta, including Price, Volume/Demand, and Pipeline commentary.
• Prepare, review, and present forecasting packages for MM franchise.
• Develop accurate product sales projections for Plan, Update, LBE, LRP, and Portfolio submissions.
• Build scalable forecast models for new Etenta indications and MM assets.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for launches and indication scenarios.
