Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• CCEP or equivalent preferred; other certifications are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, Sunshine Act).
• Experience building enterprise compliance programs in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the U.S. compliance program.
• Review and implement technology-enabled tools to improve efficiency and risk detection.
• Provide strategic compliance guidance to key functional teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee training, monitoring, and auditing activities for effectiveness.
• Partner with Legal on investigations, remediation, and issue resolution.
• Support product launches with proactive compliance guidance.
• Lead responses to audits and regulatory inquiries; build a high-performing team.
