Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director – TS/MS/ MSAT with Analytical Support to lead a technical organization ensuring robust biology and bioconjugate manufacturing processes.

The role partners with engineering, IT, operations and quality to maintain state-control processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver regulatory-ready manufacturing performance. Strong leadership and GMP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in biopharma or biotech environments.
• Strong ability to develop and implement analytical strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical organization providing oversight of biological and bioconjugate manufacturing processes.
• Develop and retain a high-performing TS/MS team with a culture of technical excellence.
• Review and approve documentation including procedures, investigations, reports and validation protocols.
• Support startup and qualification activities to ensure on-time startup and regulatory readiness.
