Job summary

Keene State College seeks an Associate Director to manage two TRIO Student Support Services programs (Aspire) serving 280 students annually. The role directs 5 full‑time staff, oversees operations, and coordinates tutoring, mentoring, and the Links Summer Bridge program.

Responsibilities include program compliance, data reporting, budget tracking, and collaboration with campus partners to expand TRIO services and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience serving disadvantaged students.
• Proven supervisory and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with databases, Canvas, and student information systems (Colleague).
• Willingness to work extended hours in the summer, and some nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to day‑to‑day operations of the programs and department.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and facilitation of services, activities and workshops.
• Represent TRIO on campus and in the community.
• Oversee staff supervision and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with grant, campus, USNH, and federal regulations.
• Assist with grant writing and program reporting.
