Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in planning, organizing and coordinating academic support in higher education.
• Proven interpersonal, supervisory and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to and oversee day-to-day operations of the programs and the department.
• Manage service delivery model to provide optimum services; coordinate planning, scheduling, and facilitation of services and workshops.
• Represent TRIO on campus and in the community.
• Assume departmental leadership responsibility addressing student, parent, faculty, and staff needs.
• Collaborate with partners across campus to raise TRIO awareness and leverage services.
