The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, compliance, and execution of high-impact congress engagements across the US, with travel up to 60% and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or field medical engagement or KOL management.
• 5 years in Thought Leader Liaison or Regional Marketing preferred; strong KOL networks in IBD.
• Experience building scientific relationships in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage national and regional SLs, clinical leaders, and experts for advocacy alignment.
• Develop advocacy content and educate on product positioning and medical education.
• Execute engagements with SLs including congress participation and advisory activities.
• Gather insights from KOLs to inform marketing strategies and brand planning.
• Collaborate with field roles to align SL needs with account dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
