This role informs strategy with KOL insights within a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Director, Thought Leader Liaison, the position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strategic messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or field medical engagement or KOL management.
• 5 years as Thought Leader Liaison or Regional Marketing strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of IBD experience strongly preferred with existing KOL networks in IBD.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Travel up to 60% (including weekends and evenings for congresses and advisory meetings).

Responsibilities

• Advocacy development across US IBD landscape and key opinion leaders.
• SL/KOL engagement execution including congress participation and advisory activities.
• Congress participation and engagement with HQ and KOLs.
• Speaker bureau development and readiness aligned to scientific messages.
• Cross-functional collaboration to align SL needs with account dynamics.
• Compliance and governance ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
