Braven is hiring an Associate Director, Digital Product Management to lead strategy and automation for our digital tools within the Systems team. This senior IC works with program leaders, Salesforce, and engineering to shape roadmaps and deliver scalable workflows that reduce manual work.

Based in a hybrid role, you’ll partner with the Head of Volunteer Programs, own end-to-end product lifecycles, and drive cross-functional engagement across Chicago, NYC, or Newark hubs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in product management or related roles with cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and driving automated workflows or digital products.
• Ability translate ambiguous needs into clear product strategy, requirements, and user stories.
• Strong presentation skills with leadership-level communication.
• Experience working with Salesforce and automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own domain product strategy and roadmap; balance near-term needs with long-term platform investments.
• Represent the product domain to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital tools and automations.
• Collaborate with program leadership to understand journeys and pain points.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and assess technical feasibility with engineering and Salesforce partners.
• Present strategic recommendations and roadmaps to leadership.
• Guide sprint planning with the Technical Project Manager.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities; document current and future-state processes.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity; drive continuous improvement.
• Define metrics to evaluate automation impact and inform investments.
• Contribute to the broader Digital Product Roadmap; improve intake, planning, and delivery processes.
• Stay current on trends in program technology, automation tooling, and no-code/low-code platforms.
