Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Product Management for Medi-Span to own product strategy for the North America Commercial market and lead roadmaps for key product areas including drug pricing, market access, supply chain, regulatory information, dispensing, pharmacy workflows, and patient-facing medication information.

The role partners with Commercial Sales and collaborates with Engineering, Content, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other Product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience with healthcare technology, data, or software products, including product leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience leading B2B solutions from market discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Experience owning product or portfolio strategy and making roadmap trade-offs across growth, customer needs, regulatory requirements, security, modernization, and product health.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the Medi-Span strategy for the North America Commercial market using customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
• Serve as the primary Medi-Span Product partner for Commercial Sales opportunities and connect opportunities to the right experts.
• Translate product-line strategy into priorities and manage trade-offs across growth, regulatory, security, and modernization.
• Define problems, target customers, outcomes, scope, and success measures; validate value before scope expansion.
• Lead discovery through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Define target buyers, use cases, value, positioning, packaging, launch readiness, and sales enablement with stakeholders.
• Monitor measurable outcomes including revenue, retention, adoption, and launch results.
• Coach and develop Product team members and foster accountability and continuous learning.
