Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Product Management for Medi-Span to own the strategy for the North America Commercial market and guide roadmaps for key product areas such as drug pricing, market access, and dispensing workflows.

This leadership role leads cross-functional teams in Engineering, Content, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Systems Implementation, focuses on measurable outcomes, and partners with Commercial Sales to translate customer insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare technology, data, or software products with product leadership.
• 5+ years hands-on product management leading B2B solutions from discovery to launch.
• 3+ years direct people management including hiring and coaching.
• Experience partnering with Sales and go-to-market teams for opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own Medi-Span strategy and roadmap for North America Commercial.
• Translate strategy into priorities, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Content, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Lead and develop Product team members; drive accountability and learning.
