Douglas Education Service District is seeking an Associate Director of Teaching & Learning to provide administrative leadership for regional educator development and instructional support programs, including REN, instructional coaching, educator mentorship, early literacy, and professional learning.

The role supervises staff, oversees budgets and grant reporting, and aligns resources to strengthen district supports across Douglas County. Travel throughout the service area is required.

Formación

• Master's degree in education or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Oregon Administrator License or eligibility is required.
• Three years of administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Oregon's education system and the role of ESDs in supporting districts.
• Experience in K–12 education, instructional leadership, educator development, and grant-funded program management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership as part of the Education Services leadership team.
• Oversee multiple Teaching & Learning programs (REN, instructional coaching, educator mentorship, early literacy, regional professional learning).
• Plan, implement, and evaluate professional learning and educator development initiatives.
• Coordinate instructional coaching services and educator mentorship with the Lead Instructional Coach.
• Foster collaboration among Teaching & Learning staff and other ESD programs to strengthen services.
