Douglas ESD seeks an Associate Director of Teaching & Learning to provide administrative leadership for regional educator development and instructional support programs. The role oversees REN, instructional coaching, mentorship, early literacy, and professional learning across Douglas County school districts.

Working with the Assistant Superintendent, this position aligns funding from General Fund, SSA, and REN resources to sustain a coordinated continuum of supports.

Formación

• Oregon Administrator License or eligibility required.
• Three years of administrative experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Oregon’s education system and the role of ESDs.
• Experience in K-12 education and grant-funded program management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in Education Services leadership activities.
• Oversee multiple Teaching & Learning programs including REN and professional learning.
• Plan and evaluate professional learning initiatives responsive to district needs.
• Coordinate instructional coaching, educator mentorship, and PLP implementation.
• Collaborate with districts, state agencies, and regional partners.
• Manage program budgets, contracts, and grant deliverables.
• Ensure grant reporting and compliance with requirements.
• Support districts in improvement planning and resource alignment.
