Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years in HR, talent acquisition, or related area.
• Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management and strategy development.
• Supervisory or team coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the college’s vision for staff and faculty learning, management and executive development.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities with best-practice strategies.
• Design and implement talent development programs and compensation philosophy.
• Track metrics to assess program impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with college policies, CBAs, and applicable laws.
