  • Bachelor's degree required in relevant fields.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7–10 years in career development, placement or counseling.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Equivalent education/experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage employer partnerships and engagement strategies.
  • Lead signature career programs and events.
  • Provide individual and group career advisement to students and alumni.
  • Collaborate across campus to support student success.
  • Oversee program evaluation and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor Career Center staff.
