Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Associate Director - Systems Analysis to lead a team of principal engineers delivering new products for the Verizon Value Organization. You will coordinate across business, technical, and external teams to ensure designs meet business outcomes and partner with VVO Agents, National Retailers, and vendors in the Indirect channel.

You will manage a multi-year technology roadmap, author detailed requirements, and leverage Agile practices to drive rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of comparable work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing complex programs and projects with technical and system requirements.
• Experience working in and supporting Consumer customer-facing channels such as Indirect, Retail, Digital, Customer Service, and/or Inside Sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships, navigate cross-functional dynamics, and influence stakeholders using data and strategic expertise.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Asana and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of principal engineers to create requirements and business cases for new products and enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and integration planning for systems.
• Oversee a multi-year roadmap for technology solutions and product enhancements.
• Develop internal and external communications with Sales Operations teams.
• Balance stakeholder needs with short/medium/long-term objectives.
• Own detailed architectural and UX requirements for proposed enhancements and manage Jira stories and testing.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams using Agile principles to deliver results.
• Ensure Value Indirect systems support KPI targets.
