Job summary

Duke University in Durham, NC is seeking an Associate Director (Career Services Specialist, Sr) to lead coaching, workshops, and resource support for MQM students. You will design and deliver a comprehensive career services program, advise students on job search strategies, and collaborate across MQM, MMS, MBCS and MBA programs to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree preferred, especially an MBA or a Master’s in Counseling.
• 1 – 5 years corporate recruiting and/or career services experience recommended.
• Strong portfolio of communication skills including presentation skills, with previous experience developing and presenting career development workshops and programs.

Responsibilities

• Career coaching and counseling for MQM students, including resume review, interview preparation, and job search strategy development.
• Develop and deliver career development workshops and programs for MQM students; manage MQM career resources site.
• Represent the Fuqua Career Management Center to students, alumni, recruiters, and other stakeholders; ensure policy compliance and effective messaging.
