Job summary

Tulane University is seeking a data-driven contributor to analyze student persistence, retention, and graduation data. You will identify trends, translate findings into strategies, and lead implementation with continuous assessment. This role also manages outreach, referrals, and outcome tracking for the TU Thrive cohort.

You will work with Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI to inform priorities and drive effective interventions across student support programs in an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or a related field and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in student support or a closely related role within an educational setting.
• OR
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in student support or a closely related role within an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze student, cohort, retention, and graduation data to identify trends and populations needing support.
• Translate findings into intervention strategies and lead day-to-day implementation and assessment.
• Oversee student identification, outreach, referrals, follow-up, documentation, and outcome tracking.
• Direct OSP’s intervention and assessment responsibilities for the TU Thrive cohort.
